Terrell Harris with Core Construction did a fantastic job with power washing my house. He responded promptly during the bid process, showed up on time for the job, and even did a follow up walk when finished to make sure he met all of our special requests. We have even talked to him about some other projects. Terrell was very professional and extremely nice to myself and my family.

Pressure washing and yard work including edging, mowing, and hedge trimming. Possibly some miscommunication occurred. I had to reiterate what I wanted several times. After pressure washing algae left in many areas. He did go back and get most off. Outer window ledges looked awful still full of dirt and cob webs. Not pleased. Other pressure washing companies stated they apply cleaning material and use a special nozzle on Windows. He was very nice and appeared eager for the work. Maybe I'm a perfectionist but I like jobs thoroughly done and without me having to continuously point out deficits.
