- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free consultations. After the consultation, I charge a flat rate that includes your specified service(s). Fees vary based on the number of accounts, transactions and business activity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for a consultation via phone or zoom to discuss needs, goals, deadlines, etc. If we determine we are a good fit for each other, I send over an engagement letter and onboarding checklist. Once signed and received, I immediately begin working on your financials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. I am also Quickbooks ProAdvisor certified.
