Rosa Johnson came alone to clean my house. She did an excellent job, doing extra chores, but missed some others. Will be hiring her again on Oct. 7.

No show twice not just once but twice and spoke with her over the phone a few times very upset she did not show. And no reply to my message? Completely unprofessional in my opinion and all she had to do is reply to My message ,call , or text if there was an emergency but I didn't get any one of them and I truly would have understood
won't be hiring her again I need someone that is wanting work, and this is something I never do giving someone a bad review but people should know that she is not reliable.
