Technician Alex arrived on time and got right to work. Within 10 minutes they had identified a problem with the master valve, explained it to me in detail, and began work. After fixing the initial problem, a second problem was identified in the controller unit which was unable to send a signal to the master value. After doing some testing, it was determined that the controller (which was 23 years old) was bad and needed to be replaced. Alex installed the new controller unit, programmed it for me, explained how to work it/ reprogram it, and ran through a test of all 8 stations. The price was reasonable for all the work that was done and the new controller. I am pleased with the work and would recommend The Greenway Group to anyone needing sprinkler repair or maintenance.

Response to the service request was fast (almost immediate) and Kathy kept me updated on the technicians availability and arrival time. Alex arrived on time and diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes. An hour later, the system was working again! Very professional, extremely competent and knowledgeable. A: Because all projects are specific within its own, our normal procedure is to set up an onsite visit so that one of our project coordinators can collect all pertinent information so that we can provide a professional quote for the specific project.

A: We come out to your residence or commercial site and complete a visual site overview and then our professional project coordinator will help the client with a plan of options that will be suitable to the customer.
