Hello! Thank you for taking the time to get to know the story of Tilde's Tax and how my personal and professional journey has led me to want to provide this service to the community. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient tax preparation services for our clients because I saw that there was a lack of client-centric policies when it came to the big-name tax preparers. ​ A few years ago, I was virtually in the same place as you when it came to finding the right tax services. I wanted someone I could trust and the added protection of knowing that things were done the right way so that Uncle Sam wouldn't come back for my refund. The problem was that I didn't feel appreciated as a client or empathized with as a human when it came to the other tax companies. That's when I decided that there was a place in this industry for me and the services I wish were provided for me. ​ Our key brand differentiators are mobility and value. We want to be the most convenient option that provides the most value to our clients. We don't just prepare taxes and take money but also educate on tax laws and special deductions that most people are simply not aware of. I have always had a love for numbers and have been in the tax game for 10+ years. I also volunteer with the VITA program under All Things Vita since 2022 and plan to continue that service to my community.
