FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography is not a career that requires a degree. It is however, beneficial to know your craft in it's basic form and stay on top of the trends through education from workshops and mentoring. I do those at least once a year if not more in an effort to better myself and my craft.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After a long courtship with photography and an abrupt loss of my full time job, I was unable to find an opportunity for employment in a downtrodden economy. My husband and I invested in my craft, invested in my education and created a job for myself when no other option was available. I have truly set out to achieve the American dream and it has not been without it's share of toil. I would not change anything for the world though. I have learned a tremendous deal through this experience and cherish each new opportunity as a potential to learn more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My main source of income is supplied by boudoir/glamour and senior portraits. I enjoy shooting weddings and would love to dive into more love stories and people finding their own personal happy endings.
