- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have pricing for additions, kitchens, and bathroom remodels on our website. Prices may vary depending on size and selections on project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to make sure we are a fit for your project and to discuss ideas. We will typically give a ballpark for the project over the phone. If we seem like a good fit for both parties we schedule an on-site consultation. There we go over more details and verify measurements. From there we will create a written, typed proposal, with terms, and a contract. Once approved we collect a deposit and start acquiring materials for the project. About a week before the job starts we will bring our crew lead over to go over details with you one last time and set expectations. From there just sit back and relax we take care of the rest! After the project we will follow up and do warranty visits to ensure everything is operating as it should and is in the condition it should be. We aim to create customers for life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always learning and have combined 20 years experience. We are always on the hunt for the best and newest products to serve our customers. We attend meetings with the code compliance committee’s to stay up to date to changes and amendments to the building code.
