Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We specialize in family law (divorce, custody, child support, community property and adoption), as well as in bankruptcy, and general law issues. Special consideration is given to cases involving domestic violence. We have flexible/affordable payment options. No one should go unrepresented in family court, especially when there are children involved. McCool Law LLC emphasizes cooperative divorce. The more divorcing couples can work out their differences outside of a courtroom, the better, but you need to know your rights, and the long-term implications of any agreement you enter into, especially when children are involved. Going into court without a lawyer in a family court is like wandering into an old minefield; it may not look particularly threatening, but you never know when it will blow up on you.

I have got to say McCool Law firm is definitely by far the best law firm I have ever encountered. I always get to speak to someone when I call. Angie is a fantastic paralegal. I have had many other encounters with other attorneys. I never would have imagined that there was Attorney with as much ethic, values and concern about the real issue at hand. I spoke with numerous attorneys before I was blessed with her. I consider Mrs. McCool and guardian angle of mine. I don't know where she hides her wings. I will recommended her for the rest of my life.

Mrs. McCool is by far the best attorney I have ever had and I have been through a few. She has helped me get through a very difficult custody battle and I highly recommend her. She is very intelligent and she is very good at what she does.

An attorney with principals and integrity. One that makes an extra effort and cares about her clients.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the attorney you hire has established experience in Family Law. Unfortunately, a lot of attorneys who don't actually practice Family Law don't realize how difficult it is, and think that "anyone can handle a divorce." Don't fall for it, especially if you have kids or there is significant property invovled. Ask any attorney you interview how long he/she has been practicing in Family Law, and specifically about the issues you need help with. If the attorney says he/she is a Family Law Specialist, you have some reassurance that he/she has a lot of specialized experience in Family Law.
