- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to veterans as well as multiple home projects. We also offer steak 🥩 dinners on us for any referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with the customer and determine the scope of work. At that point, we will either provide an estimate for the work or work directly with the insurer to ensure that the proper line items are being addressed and accounted for by the insurance company. Next, we schedule a time to select a shingle manufacturer and color and we schedule the work(usually about a week out). Once the work is completed, we will follow up with your insurer to finalize the claim and get any remaining funds released to our customer.

General Contractors license as well as licensed insurance adjusters on staff.
