- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $100 fee for my services and the rest of the costs you pay is the trip planned within your provided budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the initial conversation, I find out as much info about the trip as possible, and help make decisions if some aspects aren't chosen. After, I put together an itinerary for the customer to get approval/adjustment requests. Once itinerary is approved I send a credit card authorization form and arrange for my payment and the first payment for the trip to be made (if not paying in full).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through archer travel and regularly do trainings provided by archer travel to stay up to date on new info.
