About

I’m not just a DJ who plays music; I read the room, curate the vibe, and bring an energy that keeps people moving. Whether it’s Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Latin, or an open-format mix, I blend genres seamlessly and tailor every set to the crowd. Clients choose me because I’m reliable, professional, and focused on delivering an stress-free experience from the first message to the final song. I show up early, come prepared with quality equipment, and communicate clearly so you always feel taken care of. Most importantly, I take pride in giving every event its own unique sound. When I’m on the decks, the music feels intentional, smooth, and unforgettable. That’s the standard I bring to every booking.

DJ JRico (formerly DJ Ruff Rico) absolutely made our All White Party on December 16, 2022 unforgettable. From the moment the music started, he had the entire crowd on their feet. His playlist was perfectly tuned to the vibe of the event, and the way he blended each track kept the energy high the whole night.

He was professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. You can tell he truly cares about delivering an exceptional experience; every transition, every song choice, every moment felt intentional. Our guests are still talking about how good the music was.

If you’re looking for a DJ who brings style, energy, and top-tier professionalism, DJ JRico is the one. We’re already looking forward to working with him again at future events!
