FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is Non-Negotiable. But, I do not charge the customer UNLESS I accept the job. I do not charge anything for coming out to the job, and answering questions and having a look. ONLY if and when I accept the job. Also, the customer is expected to pay for materials, once job is accepted. I will go and purchase materials that are required. Customer will receive a list of the materials & price of each. As well as a price TOTAL of all materials used. I DO NOT mark up the price of material. I make money from the labor only. Yet, you will be satisfied with the job once finished, on various levels. 1.) you will be satisfied with the speed and time it took to finish. 2.) you will be satisfied, aesthetically, with the job once finished. 3.) you will know that the job is done right and the quality is on-par with the NEC Codes and Handbooks. 4.) you will know that the working is being done, while on the clock, and there will NOT be any playing or wasting time, while ON the JOB.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
