He never got back to me after we had already begun a conversation & I explained what I needed. He got back to me about a month later, citing a family emergency. This was going to be a 8-$9,000 job.

Hi amy I apologize for not getting back with you sooner as it has only been 2 weeks not a month. Also I tried calling and even texted you right after we began communicating. 2 weeks ago I found out my mother has stage 4 cancer and so I know that has nothing to do with you but she is a priority to me as she just started chemotherapy n radiation last week. Again I apologize and i ask if possible to update review to something little nicer as we never did any work and you never marked us hired until today. Which I have responded right away. If would still need us for the renovations please let me know. Thank you Brian,
