Tommy of Lucky Irrigation repaired my irrigation system. I had a water leak at my meter. After months of calls, SWBNO sent a crew out to repair the leak. In the process they dug up a corner of my yard and disconnected my irrigation system, without informing me. Tommy came out the day after I contacted him to determine the scope of the job. He came back the next morning (Sunday!) to make the repair. He kept me informed as to progress, and showed me the mess SWBNO left behind. He completed the repair and insured my system was in full working order. His charge was very reasonable. I’m happy with Tommy and I would gladly contact him again if I encounter an irrigation problem. Recommended.

Tommy was very thorough in making sure that everything was functioning properly before he left. He communicated with me everything that he did to the system as well as educated me on the rain bird I had him install. I am very satisfied with the work that he did for me.

I am very reasonable and fair on pricing then most companies!! I always work with my customers and aim to make it comftable for them!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer and set a date and time to go at to look at the project and give them a free estimate and then move forward with whats good for them!!

Ive been doing this for eight years and I take classes every year to stay up to date with new information!!
