Let me start by saying this company has true professionals working on your system from the moment I contacted them throughout the entire process the technicians made me feel at ease once they explained what I was dealing with and their solution to fixing the problem. I spoke with Isaac for most of the encounter while his top technician investigated the AC. Within minutes they both reassured me that they would have my AC running like it should. I was shown the before photos / videos and the after images. My AC was leaking and the leak traveled to the ceiling fan and lighting fixtures which tripped the circuit breaker to 2 bedrooms. Needless to say I was thinking the worst once that happened. I immediately started to look for a reputable AC contractor. I contacted 3 companies and within 2 or 3 minutes Sarah with Klimate Kontrol AC and Heating contacted me and asked if I needed them to come out now or the following day. To make a long story short, this company deserves a 5 star rating. I have dealt with several companies over my lifetime but these guys are the best I ever had the pleasure of working with. Their price, service and professionalism was outstanding. If you need work done on your AC and need it done quickly and at reasonable price, you can’t go wrong with this company. I would recommend Klimate Kontrol AC and Heating to anyone and everyone.

Klimate Kontrol came through and took care of everything the right way. Professional, on time, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from beginning to end. They explained what was going on without trying to overcomplicate or oversell anything, got the job done, and made sure everything was running like it should before leaving. We believe in clear, upfront pricing. For HVAC repair calls, we charge a diagnostic/service fee to have a qualified technician inspect the system, identify the problem, and provide repair options before additional work is performed.
For system replacements and larger projects, we provide written options so homeowners can compare equipment, efficiency, warranties, and overall value. We also offer maintenance options and financing on qualifying HVAC replacements.
Our goal isn't to be the cheapest HVAC company—it's to provide a quality repair or installation at a fair price and stand behind our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make HVAC service simple.
1. We confirm the problem, property location, and a convenient service window.
2. A technician evaluates the HVAC system and determines the actual cause of the problem.
3.We explain what we found in plain language and discuss the available repair or replacement options.
4. You'll know what is being recommended before we move forward.
