Introduction: Salted Flats Fly Fishing is a guide service that concentrates all its time into saltwater fly fishing. During the months of October through the end of March, we spend our time stalking the monster Louisiana redfish as well as black drum. These fishes range in size from 25 to more than 50 lbs. The Louisiana Marsh holds a great deal of the tippet world-class records for redfish.
During the months of April through early August, it's tarpon season! We will be found on the Panhandle of Florida heading off the annual tarpon migration. These fishes make an annual migration up through the waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the summer months. They range in size from 60 to more than 200 lbs. These fishes are the obsession of many anglers and have ability to change your life forever.
