- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in keeping things simple and transparent. An open line of commutation about what the clients expectations are is essential to giving them what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education not only involves photography I have a BA in Graphic Design and attended The Academy Of Art University for the Graphic Design MFA program. My photography education involves college level classes, two years working for a wedding photographer, and 7 years freelancing and now running my own business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It began in college when I took some classes and I was shooting on an old film camera my dad let me use. It wasn’t till years later when I was getting married that I decided it was the path for me. I started working for the photographer that shot my wedding. I worked in and around the wedding industry shooting photography and video. Lately I have been shooting families, travel, portraits, lifestyle, events and commercial. I have been moving in the direction of headshot photography for a while. I am now working out of my studio at home in New Orleans.
