- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Destined4greatness Cleaning Company provides new clients with a basic cleaning quote over the phone based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and services requested. We then proceed to scheduling an initial "Walk Thru" to get an idea of what is needed, and the actual quote for the cleaning. The clients then setup a cleaning date and time that works well with their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Destined4greatness Cleaning Company Owners have been in the residential and commercial cleaning industry for over 17 years. Attending cleaning seminars to gain knowledge of the business. We invest in new ways to provide professional services to our clientele. We have teamed up with "Go Green" Products & Services to provide our clients with Eco friendly products that are natural and harmless to adults, children, and pets. We are the Pro's of cleaning. Previous contracts include Fed Ex, Fresenius Medical Dialysis Center, Chase Bank, Feilds Law Firm, DH Homes, Crear Orthodontist, and a huge number of residential properties. Semi annual training courses are required to ensure that we stay on the right track for providing the best cleaning experience for all.
