- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing depends upon the complexity of the project. I will provide custom logo and branding creation for a fixed rate of $100-$200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact will begin with an exchange of emails in order to establish an understanding of the details surrounding the project as outlined in the Thumbtack description. We will then set up a voice call to further discuss the details outlined in the email brief. After there is a clear vision of the implementations demanded by the project, the logo and branding creation process begins. This process typically lasts for the duration of a couple of days to a week.
