911 Notary is a MOBILE emergency notary service that serves the New Orleans Metro area. This is a mobile notary service only. I often meet my clients at PJS Coffee in Gentilly. Notary is commissioned through the state of Louisiana and carries errors & omission insurance. We notarize your existing documents as well as prepare certain documents such as power of attorney’s. Please do not sign any documents prior to your notary arriving. Make sure ALL signers and witnesses are present at the time of the signing. Witnesses can be provided for an extra fee. ALL SIGNERS AND WITNESSES MUST HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT ID. You can verify the legitimacy of this business on the Louisiana Secretary of State’s website.

Mr. Hughes was wonderful. Professional, Did the documents that were required for our needs. He was the only mobile notary that did the paperwork. Very clear to understand. Made sure my husband and I were completely clear and understood everything thing as well as its importance. He is intelligent and kind. Reasonable in price.
