The best experience very informational made me comfortable and showed me how we can get to my ideal weight as well as a meal plan very very happy we are working out 3 to a week

Angel trains at the best gym in New Orleans it's called the New Orleans Athletic Club. Gym has a bar a hair Solan a barber shop boxing ring and seems like an Olympic swimming pool hot tubs it's a mansion of a gym. Now top all that of Angel is fanominal he does home and research to provide me with home work and things to reach or watch to improve my over all lifestyle. Full body work outs and strength training is my thing with about 15 min cardio in the begining and 15 min at the end Angel knows what he is doing. I'm with him as long as he will have me.

Angel has been my trainer for the last 2 years 3x a week. Beautiful person inside and out. He's more then just a trainer he is a friend at this point. he gets 5 stars
