- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes our pricing system is standard and systematic, but we offer a variety of services and try to be as flexible as possible, especially when clients are seeking to combine packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Building a relationship, getting to know our clients is very important to the entire process and plays a key role in delivering what our client wants and expects. providing samples, explanations, and interacting are also helpful to allow our clients to get to know us and what we do. The next step after establishing a relationship and defined lines and expectations, is to go out and deliver exactly what has been agreed. We sometimes have last minute changes and requests from our clients, once these are reasonable requests we will make the necessary adjustments where possible. Flexibility is one of our strengths.
