- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The basis for listings is 5 %. As a listing agent I expect to do most of the work to get a place sold...from marketing to getting financing and helping the buyers get to closing. Our approach is methodical, planned and proven...as is our approach to pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to their needs. Then we take what they tell us to develop a plan forward to achieve their goals and desires. Within that goal setting we establish specific criteria on a weekly basis to see how our plan is working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in Science from LSU in construction management. I have a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. I have been directly involved in large scale infrastructure projects nationwide, and helped many of my clients become multimillionares. I walk the talk, invest in my own money buying, developing and selling real estate for the past 20 years.
