This is my first time using a junk removal company and using Thumbtack. I'm satisfied with both. Preston was responsive like the other professionals who responded to the request. He followed up with me even after the quote offering me a slot for a cancellation they had in case I needed the job done sooner. This shed removal also involved part demolition as well, as Hurricane Zeta still left part of the back wall standing. Preston and his assistant arrived on time and took everything as requested in a timely manner.

Mr Preston & Mr Ernest are the best! I needed a sizeable load of trash and tree trimmings removed from a house in Baton Rouge. Mr Preston responded within minutes. I told him that we were under tight time constraints. He adjusted his schedule to accomodate me and they arrived today.. They completed the job efficiently and professionaly > Mission Accomplished. They are also very nice people and great to interact with Rob White Property Manager.

When I say I have a LOT of stuff I’m not kidding!! They had to call For reinforcements!! 😆 Additional trucks were needed. I was moving and needed the items removed ASAP, as no donation organization was able to pick up the items. Mr. Preston was on it just like he said and someone there in 30 minutes. I was so glad!! I couldn’t leave all those things just sitting there waiting for a donation pick up! Mr. Preston of 2 Franks really bailed me out of a jam and QUICK!!! Thanks so much!!!

Fast response time. Called them for some last minute trash removal and they was able to get my job done the same day. Reasonable rates. They accepted paypal which was great because I wasn’t able to be there. And because I wasn’t there they sent pictures after the job was completed.
