It has taken me some time to write this review because I wanted to get it right. (Pun intended) Working with Michelle these last few months on a huge proposal can only be described as beautiful chaos. She navigated the demands of my management and the focus of the proposal with grace, intelligence and common sense. The long nights of work and constant feedback from reviewers was high, but her professionalism and tactful responses, ensured we would meet our timelines. (✨2:00 am✨ banana ice cream ✨office writing party) Her role and work evolved after that proposal and she was contracted to be the evaluator of the program. Her ability to translate months of data into readable and understandable reports for the team was incredible. The program learned more from her time in the evaluation role and producing these reports. There are people who come to work to make a check, and there are people who some to work to work. Michelle came to work to make a difference in our agency. I am forever grateful for her patience, time, and kindness throughout this whole experience.
