Hired on Thumbtack

Installed a system at my residence on June 28,.2015 and charged me $599.00 for an enphase envoy monitoring system as per the signed, written contract which they did not install. Attempted to resolve this issue directly with the company and they refuse to cooperate. Rip off/scam artist, do not hire.
