- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a tax attorney, there is a requested retainer and the hourly rate is $150/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will start with an initial free consultation. After that meeting, I will immediately contact the appropriate tax agency to establish a line of communication and gather all relevant information regarding the client. A collections hold will be requested to prevent wage garnishments and bank levies. Once all information is secured and reviewed, I will discuss with you best options to resolve the tax matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed undergrad at the University of the South and have a law degree from Denver University. I am an licensed attorney with the State of Colorado.
