J B says, "Mr. Preston came out to look at our AC that needed to be replaced. A previous company quoted us a price of 23k, not including the duct work.Between looking at our unit, and being able to install the new unit (memorial day weekend) Mr. Preston had a tech come out and replace the faulty float switch on our secondary drain pan, and offered to come out and vacuum the water if it filled up again, before they could come out and install the new units. (I wouldn't be home, and my wife can't get into our attic)Preston had us set up for 14k including elevating our attic unit for better circulation, repiping the condensate drains, a new plenum, and suspending all the ducting in the attic.This morning, we woke up and while the unit was working great, the back bedroom seemed to be warmer than normal.Mr. Preston had a crew scheduled for that same day to fix the problem.I have nothing but good things to say, and Lee's will be my new AC contractor."See more
