- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All events are priced on a per person basis. The price per person is included on our website. Local sales taxes will apply but there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings and parties, we offer three standard catering packages. All items are included in the package which allows your guests a wide variety of food to choose from. There is a $100 deposit required to book your event with us. Final payment and headcount are due two weeks prior to the event. Our prices are available on our website and there are no hidden fees. If you are planning a luncheon or supper, you can design your menu from the choices available on our website. For all events, there is a 50 person minimum.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The business was started as a fundraiser for Maurepas High School. Upon Gerald's retirement, the school board signed the catering business over to him to continue during his retirement.
