Better best was great to work with. They were very cordial, super nice, confident; they knew the problem and the solution almost immediately. They also diagnosed some other existing issues that we were not fully aware of while they were here. D’Shawn also took time to walk me through the issues, why things weren’t working and what to do to avoid problems in the future. They were very pleasant to work with and I really appreciated that.

As a new homeowner, I was concerned that my home was cooling unevenly. I had Better Best AC come to check out my system to ensure everything was working properly. Within 5 minutes of his arrival, he identified a refrigerant leak on the outside unit. He gave a clear breakdown of what the cost would be (very reasonable) before quickly resolving the issue in about an hour. My house feels much cooler, and I have much more piece of mind after witnessing such genuine and professional service. Could not recommend more.

Our diagnosis of the issue was that we needed a new thermostat. We wanted to get a "nest" system. Deshaun said he could install the system but when he arrive we didn't need a new Thermostat, we needed a sensor. Instead of installing the new thermostat and the sensor, he told us to return the thermostat (a total savings of $279 plus $150 for install). He then ordered the sensor for us because he didn't have one but he was able to make us a temporary solution so that we had heat during the recent cold snap. 20 degrees outside and we have a broken heater but Deshaun came to the rescue. Deshaun has been easy to work with. He's responsive via text, email, or calling but doesn't take calls while he's on a job. I like that. He's focused on the client and then calls you back ASAP.
