My washer was leaking a lot of water. My husband thought that we would have to buy a new one. We Called Chad with HomeWorx. He came and inspected the unit. Chad told me he could fix it but needed to order the part. A week later he came back and fixed it!! I was so excited. Chad is GREAT!! Very nice person and easy to work with!!

Chad was very professional and knowledgeable, he arrived on time and repaired a water leak coming from my refrigerator in the estimated time. He explained what the repair would involve, repaired the refrigerator/freezer and cleaned up the area after he had finished. I was impressed with his timeliness, Chad took care of business, knew what needed to be done and did it. No fooling around, all business, you couldn't ask for more. He did an excellent job! Problem was fixed and hasn't come back.
