I am very disappointed. I gave Dawn a second chance when she messed up but there continuously is misunderstandings. Because she is a like able person I wanted to give her a second chance but it's almost like calamity Jane. The last time she came to my place I asked her to call me so I would know what time she got there (I had actually even gave her my key). The other reason is that I could tell her where to start. When I got home a couple of hours after she got there, I asked her why she didn't call or text me and she told me she forgot and left her phone in the car to charge, but kind of wondered why I didn't text her back. So because she didn't contact me when she got there, she decided to hang up a few clothes (which I didn't want hung up anyway as I was going to take them to the dry cleaner) and then she went in my bathroom and took down all of my products to wipe them down and put them back in categories. A) I can do that myself, and B) it was in categories already and I knew where everything was in place and C) she never put them back so I had to do it myself which took 5 hours over the weekend keeping me from doing what I had hired her to do in the first place, and that was to help me unpack 50-100 boxes.. I had told her once if she would organize them it would be great, but then I didn't want her to do it by herself because if there were heavy boxes, I didn't want her to left them by herself. If she had called me like I asked this all would have been avoided. She has a very hard time following instructions. She told me she would come the rest of the week, including the weekend. Cliff Notes version, I hadn't heard from her again. The next day late in the day I texted her to ask if she was there and she said no, she was at home scooping up mud from the bad rain. She also said (jokingly, I think, I could come help her) But she would come "tomorrow." Hence, I never heard from her again. I finally called her and then texted her to send me back my key. That was another drama. She didn't respond, later to find out she dropped her phone in the lake or a pond, so didn't have my contact number. For me to send my address. I did! Nothing again. Later to find out she was in Florida for a sickness then death in her family. I understood that. She said she would get it to me it's in the envelope waiting to be mailed. That was the beginning to 2nd week of November. I'm still waiting. It's now December 15th. Do yourself a favor. Don't use her. Do whatever the job is yourself. You will be better off in the long run. I said I gave her a second chance and emailed Thumbtack to please remove the rating as I want to give her a 2nd chance, everyone deserves one. But this time I'm not going to go soft.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    On our initial clean for a standard sized home around 1200-1600 square feet the charge is $225. We do offer to our first time clients 20% off our first visit. In addition to that if we receive any referrals from our current clients we will show our appreciation by offering the 5th cleaning on us.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once a client has decided to hire us, we set up the initial appointment. During that appointment we will discuss any special requests or any suggestions the client may have pertaining to our services. We will explain our products and different cleaning options for specifics areas (example steam mopping vs. sponge mopping). Once our schedule has been agreed upon we begin the job we have been hired to complete.
