Introduction: Hey Y'all! I'm Colby Albert, 40 years young and I am born and raised in Acadiana. I have been finishing sheetrock, painting, flooring, trim work, roofing, can say....well, a little of everything in the construction buissness sense 1999. We are : CHAT's Home Improvement, Inc. We have been working in this field together, doing that type of work on and off, however, in 2018 is when my fiance, Heather and I, officially started our buissness and we have been pretty successful, and have been very blessed. We have stayed busy (except when covid hit- but started getting jobs right after that cleared). I'm a hard worker, dependable and very much a perfectionist. Job has too be done perfect, in a timely manner, and absolutely MUST SCORE A 100 FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We are proud of anything we attach our name to and if anything should come up or need discussion after the start of your project, Heather is super easy to talk to, very smart and will handle anything to the best of her ability and fortunately, I'm confident in her abilities to end every job A1, A++, 100, Outstanding and never anything less. I hired CHATS home improvement to remodel the cabinets in my kitchen as well as repaint my kitchen and dining room walls. The gentleman and young lady that handled the job truly exceeded my expectations. The young man, Colby who did the repainting was neat and precise while completing it all within a timely manner, and the young woman, Heather custom antique chalk finish on my cabinets that came out beautifully, she really paid close attention to the details in her work and it shows. Not only am I 100% satisfied with the finished project, they also showed up on time and never missed a day always with a friendly and professional attitude, not to mention the finished price was affordable and fair. I could not have asked for better service, I recommend CHATS home improvement to anyone lookin to repaint or remodel you will not be disappointed!
