Introduction: We are a fitness facility that offers group classes in cardio kickboxing, wrestling boxing, circuit training and suspension training.
I am also a personal trainer certified through NASM. I compete in endurance racing, from 5ks and marathons up to ironman triathlons. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or finish a marathon, I can work with you to reach your goals through traditional workouts but also using nontraditional workouts, keeping it fun and avoiding burning out from boredom.
