Introduction: We provide conflict mitigation, mediation and counseling services for small-/medium-size businesses. My coaching services include conflict coaching (Cinergy Model) and performance and executive coaching. Our focus is primarily health care and disaster planning/business continuity. In terms of counseling, my specialty is dual diagnosis, trauma and veterans' issues. I am a provider for the Courage Beyond veterans service organization and the only Amen Model approved provider in Louisiana.
