Repair loose and damaged siding, replace deteriorated window and door brick molding with PVC, paint and caulk window and door trim, paint garage and front door.
Verne charges by the hour and expects daily payment. He buys materials locally and presents the receipts for reimbursement. He is very professional and his workmanship is outstanding. He will work with you on scheduling and he keeps you informed. If you want a local handyman you can trust, he is your guy. I give Verne Wiedeman my highest recommendation.
