- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a deposit , and a minimum for all bookings. Total depends on the type of event and amount of clients . Details will be given once quote is submitted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, list of rates or quote, booking instructions, I then communicate with them about the work they want to receive and the expected outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
