I contracted with CLG Construction late last year for a major renovation/repair. CLG built a beautiful outdoor patio ~ 12' X 36' w/fireplace and a stamped concrete pad, replaced all the back of the house windows including vinyl siding, fabricated metal rails for steps and balconies on site, and repaired/painted various issues (i.e. doors, door frames, steps, damaged wood, replaced shed wood panels, window shutters, etc.). Cesar has an outstanding reliable professional crew. Cesar and his staff were on site when scheduled, provided great quality work at a competitive price and with continual follow-up. Communications and trustworthiness were a key item to me, and Cesar and his staff did an excellent job. Cesar also was not shy on recommending changes/alternatives with the initial scope of work and did a great job staying within budget. Other contractors may give you a lower price, but based on CLG's work quality/responsiveness/professional work ethic, I highly recommend you give CLG an opportunity to bid and work on your work.

Cesar gutted our new house removed all the tile and carpet primed the walls removed all base board. He put new paint, installed base board throughout, refinished our fireplace, installed hardwood floors throughout the whole house. Stayed on task, did amazing work would recommend him to anyone. Extremely happy with his work.

Mr. Chavez is very professional and does outstanding work. He did a complete remodel of my home after we flooded. Sheetrock, base boards, trim, doors, and tear down and rebuild of my bathroom. I couldn't be happier with the work that was completed. My home is beautiful!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our mission is to listen to our customers and make that dream a reality. Throughout the process we are in constant communication. In the beginning, we perform a walk through to review exactly what they want and discuss the timeline. Though we want them to be happy, we want them to be safe too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education is first hand experience working with my father, a general contractor, at a young age. Throughout the years, I have learned and adapted to the ever-changing business while providing the best and honest service to my customers.
