Introduction: Leela Devi is a certified Sivananda yoga and Meditation instructor. She also provides Life-Coaching, Reiki III and ayurveda evaluations. Private sessions are available. We are offering 1.5-hour drop in yoga class. We have small classes with very personal guidance and supervision. Our rate is $10 for the first class (regular rate is $15). Class cards are available. Also willing to trade, barter, & work-study. Sivananda yoga offers deep breathing, relaxation poses, asanas series and sun salutation. It is designed to help the body relax and rejuvenate with minimal soreness. The whole body will release tension and increase flexibility. Join us, and watch the sun set in the heavily wooden surroundings. You will leave refreshed and revitalized. Give your body a yoga treat! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $15 for an open yoga class. Most other offerings the price varies according to the situation. I am always flexible with my donation suggestions. Also happy to barter, trade or do work-study.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to a new client on the phone and get to know them by chatting & asking questions. This initial contact allows me to assess the needs of the client & make recommendations as to what class & when I might like to meet with the client. Occasionally, I might even suggest another yoga instructor, if I think they would be a better match.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Yoga is a a natural passion for my body & my back ground. As a life long dancer, I draw great satisfaction from deep stretching. Discovering yoga was wonderful because, it taught me the kind & gentle way to stretch my muscles without damaging to the body.
