- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices varies with the customers menu selection. Just remember any dishes that require seafood in them is more expensive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the restaurant business for 6yrs before buying my own food truck and starting my catering business. As a kid I stayed in the kitchen doing whatever I could to assist my mother with cooking our meals. I've always had a passion for food!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work in High School. I knew from my first home economics class what I wanted to be. I started preparing different foods and bringing to them to school events. Some of my teachers and friends would ask me to cater their events! I knew from all of the positive feedback what my future career would be.
