Introduction: I am a Zachary, LA based caterer. My career started in 1998 in the restaurant business as a line cook. I furthered my career by attending culinary school in 2004 at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans where I received my associate’s degree in culinary arts. I have 16 years of experience and have earned several certificates of excellence from several previous jobs. All of my work is done with the utmost pride and professionalism and every step for food safety and sanitation is taken.
