Fabio and his team did a great job; mowing, trimming, hedge work and de-weeding the front side and back yard! They arrived early, were courteous and left everything looking nice and neat. Would definitely recommend and hire them again.

When Alves Landscape stopped by for the estimate we walked around the property and I listed out and pointed out all that needed to be done: mowing, edging, clearing up leaves, prepare the garden, clear out dead plants (pampas grass, flower pots), and to trim a shrub.
After being at my property for 2 days only mowing, edging and leaf pickup was done. I’ve attached images of the grass that was “mowed”, the dead plants still there, garden untouched, and the shrub still overhanging the fence.
I sent a text to the person who quoted me expressing what I noticed about the work not being done and did not get a response. I am still waiting for an updated receipt for the services that were completed since not everything was done. So, I am displeased with how I am being handled as a paying customer and as first time customer.
