- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base fee is $25, plus $5 for each additional signature. I do charge a travel fee of $1 per mile for distances greater than 10 miles from the Acton/Concord area. There is no travel charge for distance shorter than 10 miles or if you come to me! I offer a $5 discount on all services to current and former military members, as well as fire, police, and EMS workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people! It's usually easiest to arrange a notary appointment on the phone by exchanging details and agreeing to meet at a specific address. I'm able to welcome clients to my home or office, or am happy to meet them wherever they feel comfortable - home, office, or other public place. I'm also comfortable coordinating my text message and e-mail.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers - from large companies to individuals. I have experience notarizing all types of legal and civil documents.
