- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the size and scope of the job. I provide free estimates so the customer knows what to expect up front. There are no hidden fees, and I’m always transparent about costs. For larger jobs or repeat customers, I’m open to offering discounts when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I usually start with a conversation to understand their needs and expectations. Then I schedule a time to look at the job in person, give an honest estimate, and go over any details or questions they might have. Once everything is agreed upon, I plan the work, gather materials, and complete the job efficiently and with attention to detail. I always aim to leave the customer happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education in this field comes from hands-on training. I spent years working alongside experienced professionals, learning everything on the job—from using the right tools to understanding how to deliver quality results. That real-world experience has been the best education for what I do today.
