FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would usually have a conversation over the phone first and would try to understand as much as possible about what the client needs, what is the type of project and if I could help out. After that initial conversation we usually schedule an appointment at the place the project will take place. Depending on the project it is really helpful, when people send email with details about the job and if possible photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed construction supervisor and have a bachelor degree in forest industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been around construction, but I really got into carpentry and construction about 13 years ago. I was leaving on Nantucket at this time, stayed there for several years and had the chance to learn the trade from one of the most amazing carpenters and craftsmen during this period in my life.
