FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on which type of service. I offer multiple price points for packaged services to meet the needs of most client budgets. If your budget is really tight, you can always build your own shoot based on individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening first. Talking in person is strongly suggested to discuss options, ideas, and stay within budget. My goal is to communicate the best available options from start to finish. It becomes an easier for clients to do business with their photographer and secure the results they desire this way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned my trade through many years of practice in the studio and field. I began with film, was an apprentice in a studio, and shot modeling and acting subjects to start. Some of the most important training came from my previous sales career with regard to people skills. I can make the camera disappear by establishing a true connection with my clients while photographing them. People seem to love my work because it is both authentic and genuine.
