I was told the night before my scheduled move that there was a problem and the movers had to push the time from 10am to noon..I said that was fine...noon rolls around and no one shows up. Hours go by and still no one shows up. Complete no show! No phone call, no warning. I emailed him, called him, got nothing. Finally 5 hours later, he picks up the phone and acts completely confused. He said he had a job in NY and that his wife must've mixed up the moves. Whatttt?! So you ignore all my calls and emails all day? He said he could then get a crew over by 7 or 8 pm and would call us back in 5 min. Never heard back!! My boyfriend and I both took the day off so we could move. Joey completely screwed us. We waited in case he showed, and then it was too late to get someone else, especially with rush hour traffic. Complete waste of my time. Very rude and unprofessional. I have never been so baffled and shocked by a "company." There is really no excuse. If you had to cancel, just call or email. You don't just ignore someone all day and not show up. Save yourself the time and disappointment and don't use this company!!

Very reasonable rates and easy scheduling. Joe's crew worked very hard to move my heavy Steinway piano up 13 steps, around 2 difficult turns and into my small house. They were calm, cheerful, and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!

Joe and his crew showed up on time, and were very professional, fast and curteous! Our move went very smoothly and we are so happy we found him. Would definately use again and recommend to others.
