Introduction: Our mission at Seasons of Peace is simple—to share the benefits of Kripalu yoga, and our inviting studio space, with you. Classes are small (up to 6 people) so that each student enjoys the benefit of individual attention. Unlike other styles of yoga you may have heard about, Kripalu yoga is more accommodating to different levels of fitness and flexibility. As stress, pain, and resistance in the body are released, you will begin to experience greater physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Classes are $12, first class is free. As a yoga teacher who is also a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, Wandajune able to offer the techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy and those of yoga practice to help individuals make lifestyle changes, like better sleep, coping with menopause, smoking cessation, healthy eating. Depending on your needs, a variety of approaches may be helpful, including yoga postures, iRest yoga nidra, reframing, changes you can make to your environment, and others. The rate for 90-min. sessions is $120. We do not accept insurance at this time.

Wandajune has a beautiful studio! If you want to really unwind and become infused with a sense of peace, this is the place to go. Everything about the space makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and pampered. I brought my husband the 2nd time I went. This was his first time trying Yoga. When he had read the desciption of yoga benefits, "reduces stress and improves flexibility" he was on board to give it a try. During the meditation piece of the class at the end he promptly fell asleep and began to snore. I was a bit horrified but he thought it was the best class ever!
