- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes all the time! For Pilates I go to many workshops and classes designed to keep me up to date with new equipment and classes. For Nutrition and Health Coaching I take continuing education credits and I am also obtaining my Masters in Public Health.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born to help people. I realized that I enjoy helping people get healthy while I was working at a staffing agency. I was helping a few of the employees there with some workouts and then I realized wow I want to do this for a living. I first started out teaching Pilates and then went into Nutrition and Health Coaching so I could really be a one stop shop for wellness!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I assist clients with many goals in their life but some of the most common ones are: weight loss, stress management, lifestyle balance, eating clean, increasing strength, increasing flexibility and improving their fitness levels.
