Introduction: I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Coach Training Alliance, with is an International Coach Federation accredited institution. I honor the true coaching framework in every session, which is to say that when you work with me, you'll know that I will provide you with competent and complete coaching support. I pull from my insights gained from fast-paced administration in an Ivy-League paired with latest findings in neuroscience, psychology, and the science of mindfulness to improve how we think and function in everyday life. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try a free sample session with the prospective coach to: 1) Experience the benefits first-hand 2) To make sure that you're a good fit. Each coach is a unique sounding board, guide and accountability partner. If you aren't entirely comfortable with one, try another :) There are many of us out there, and the right one will clearly resonate with you.
